What's New ======================================================================== After applying this hot fix, the Client/Server Security Agent v5.0 installer removes Symantec Endpoint Security version 11.0.2010.25 and then installs Client/Server Security Agent v5.0. 3. Installation ======================================================================== 5.1 Installation Notes ===================================================================== 1. Copy the hot fix executable file to a temporary folder (for example: C:\temp). 2. Double-click the file. All hot fix modules will be automatically copied to the correct destination. 5.2 Manual Rollback Procedure ===================================================================== To manually roll back to the previous configuration: 1. Locate the backup folder that the hot fix package created in the "\PCCSRV\Backup\Hotfix_B1412" directory. 2. Copy the backup files to the original folders. 3. Use the following syntax to run the touch tool: TmTouch.exe {roll back file name} Note: {file name} is the file that you want to roll back. 6. Post-Installation Configuration ======================================================================== No post-installation steps are required. Note: Trend Micro recommends that you update your scan engine and virus pattern files immediately after installing the product. 7. Known Issues ======================================================================== These are the known issues for this hot fix release: 1. During the CSA installation on Windows Vista 32-bit machines, a security alert message could be displayed. The Windows Vista message mentions that there could be an incompatible program or firewall application. Ignore this message as it does not affect the installation. 2. During the CSA installation on Windows Vista 32-bit machines, the computer might not respond (hang) after removing Symantec Endpoint Security 11.0.2010.25. Please restart the computer if this occurs. 8.
