Post-Installation Configuration ======================================================================== N/A. 7. Known Issues ======================================================================== The following are the known issues for this release: 7.1 Unable to Migrate the Firewall Settings for Client Privileges and Settings ================================================================ The migration tool disables the following Firewall privilege settings when migrating from OfficeScan 7.3 or 8.x to OfficeScan 10 Service Pack 1: * Display the firewall tab on the client console * Allow users to enable/disable the firewall, Intrusion Detection System, and the firewall violation notification message To resolve the issue, manually enable the Firewall settings after migrating the server settings. 7.2 The Migration Tool Overrides the Old Server Settings if the New Server Reserved Disk Space has a Higher Value Than the Old Server ================================================================ The migration tool follows the rule that if the exported reserved disk space has a lower value than the default reserved disk space on the new server, the tool does not import this value. 7.3 The Update Source Setting Retains the New Server Setting but Displays the Setting From the Migrated Server ================================================================ The Update Source for the old server was set to get updates from the ActiveUpdate server and the new server update source is set to OU or UNC path. After migrating the settings, the Update Source displays ActiveUpdate as the update source but receives updates from the OU or UNC path. To resolve this issue: Option 1: Ensure that the old and new server settings are the same. Option 2: Manually change the update source after migration. 8.
