1. Overview
=======================================================================
This hot fix build 1321-1002 fixes an issue that InterScan NT fails to decode a Base64 encoded
attachment when the ecoding involves non-standard RFC defined charactors or it is malformed.

Important Note: This hot fix is only for customers who now is using build 1321. For those who 
already applied build later than 1321 for other Hot fix or patch fix, please do not use this build.
Please check file Property of Issmtpd.exe to view your current build number.

2. Bugs Fixed
=======================================================================
Added flexibility and handling to ignore above mentioned issues, so that the attachment can be 
successfully decoded for scanning.

3. Installing the Patch
=======================================================================
1) Stop SMTP scan service

2) Replace previous file: \Interscan\Issmtpd\issmtpd.exe with this patch file

3) Restart SMTP scan service
